A process of producing corn starch pudding comprising the steps of placing the 200 g corn starch in a casserole, putting 300g skimmed milk at the top of the corn starch, adding 250 g refined sugar to the skimmed milk, adding 60 g butter, mixing ingredients of corn starch, skimmed milk, refined sugar and butter while gradually pouring water, heating the mixture on a low fire, stirring the mixture thoroughly until smooth and sticky consistency is attained forming a pudding, mixing 50 g raisins to the pudding, pouring the product in a baking pan, covering the product with aluminium foil, refrigerating the product for two (2) hours. The corn starch pudding is economical and easy to prepare with complete nutritional value.
