A process of producing corn starch pudding comprising the steps of placing the 200g corn starch in a casserole, putting 300g skimmed milk at the top of the corn starch, adding 250g refined sugar to the skimmed milk, adding 60g butter, mixing ingredients of corn starch, skimmed milk, refined sugar and butter while gradually pouring 1659ml water, heating the mixture on a low fire, stirring the mixture thoroughly until smooth and sticky consistency is attained forming a pudding, mixing 50g raisins to the pudding, pouring the product in a baking pan, covering the product with aluminium foil, refrigerating the product for two (2) hours. The corn starch pudding is economical and easy to prepare with complete nutritional value.
