Splice between two successive prefabricated elements that allow a roadway and more generally a lane for land vehicles, joint comprising at least one connecting device (1) and two flat elements successive prefabricated (2) for mounting on the floor linear and substantially coplanar succession, the flat elements successive prefabricated (2) for mounting each having at least one transverse edge of the end (4, 5) and two longitudinal side faces (8), at least one transverse edge of the end ( 4, 5) of one of the flat prefabricated elements (2) successive meet again after assembly in front of one of the prefabricated element (2) that happens, characterized in that the splicing of successive elements comprises: - at least a transverse housing (6) formed by interlocking two transverse grooves (3) each disposed within at least one transverse edge of the end (4, 5) the prefabricated flat elements (2) successive; - at least one passageway (27) formed by the association in extension of two conduits (7) each formed within one of the successive flat prefabricated elements (2) and opening each one hand at the level the transverse edge of the end (4, 5) and on the other hand the level of the longitudinal sides (8), top or bottom of the prefabricated element (2); - at least one cross insert (9) spring, - which is intended to be placed within at least one transverse housing (6), - which extends over substantially the entire width of at least one transverse housing ( 6), and - at least one approximation means (10) adapted to be disposed within the at least one of the passages (27); - means of subjection to tension the medium or the gripping means (10); and - holding means assembly of the two successive planes prefabricated elements (2).
