A removable implantable medical device (1) for the endovascular treatment of aneurysm, particularly thoracic aortic aneurysm, comprising a support structure (2) that has a substantially tubular shape and is externally covered by a coating (3), for defining a conduit (4) for blood circulation, further comprising extraction means (5) for extracting said conduit (4) from the body of the individual into which it is inserted, said extraction means (5) being associated with said conduit (4) and communicating with the outside of said body, characterized in that said extraction means (5) comprise a cable (51) made of a biocompatible material, with one end fixed to said conduit (4) and the other end of said protruding body, said conduit being adapted to adopt an extraction configuration after a pull of said cable (51), said extraction configuration being defined ion by a radial dimension of said conduit that substantially coincides with the radial dimension of said conduit when said conduit is ready to be inserted into the body of the individual, so that said device can be reinserted into a catheter (7).
