An immunogenic polypeptide comprising or consisting of: (i) a polypeptide that is an OmpD of non-typhoid Salmonella, or an immunogenic fragment thereof that has the ability to generate an antibody response against non-typhoid Salmonella (NTS); or (ii) a variant of a polypeptide as defined in (i) having said capacity, for use in therapy.
