RATIONAL COMBINATION THERAPY FOR THE TREATMENT OF CANCER

The disclosure provides methods of using inhibitors of chaperone proteins,such as HSP90 inhibitors, in combinationwith agents that increase proteotoxic stress on tumor cells or agents thatinduce a biochemical rewiring of the chaperome. The proteotoxicagents are administered prior to administration of the chaperone proteins toachieve synergistic activity.
