A sound box parameter configuration method and a mobile terminal. The sound box parameter configuration method comprises: sending a parameter configuration request, carrying a scenario type combination of a wireless sound box in a wireless sound box system, to a server (S201); receiving a parameter configuration response sent by the server in response to the parameter configuration request; the parameter configuration response comprising a sound box parameter packet, matching the scenario type combination of the wireless sound box, of the wireless sound box system (S202); and configuring the wireless sound box in the wireless sound box system by using the received sound box parameter packet (S203). The method facilitates improvement of the convenience for configuring, by a mobile terminal, a sound box parameter, thereby improving the user experience.
