A method and system for measuring gas concentration, a ship having the same, and a method for detecting sulphur content of ship fuel oil are provided. A system for measuring the concentration of gas passing through a pipe according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first tank that is connected to a pipe; a first pipe member that is installed between the pipe and the first tank and that has a first valve; a pressurised air supply part that can supply pressurised air to the first tank; a second tank that is connected to the first tank; a second pipe member that is installed between the first tank and the second tank and that has a second valve; and a third pipe member, wherein one side thereof is connected to the second tank and another side thereof is connected to the air, and a gas concentration measurement sensor and a third valve are installed therein.
