Disclosed is a water-soluble docetaxel anticancer pharmaceutical compound having the structure of formula I. The active moieties of the anticancer drug docetaxel and a polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether form the water-soluble docetaxel anticancer pharmaceutical compound through covalently binding a linkage group of diethylene glycol acyl (carbonyl methoxyacetyl). The present invention also relates to a preparation method of the pharmaceutical compound and a use thereof.
