Disclosed are a biological root complex containing a bionic periodontal membrane, a biological root support and a preparation method thereof. The biological root complex containing the bionic periodontal membrane is complexed from the biological root support, odontogenic stem cells and a periodontal cell membrane sheet. The ingredients of the biological root support comprise mineralized collagen. The odontogenic stem cells are grown in the support. The sheet of the periodontal cell membrane made of the odontogenic stem cells is tightly bound to the outside of a stent.
