A small smoke combustion-supporting energy-saving aluminum melting furnace, comprising a furnace body (1). A smoke discharge pipe (27) and a combustor (2) are mounted on the furnace body (1). A heat exchange device (3) is provided on the smoke discharge pipe (27). An air inlet (7) and an air outlet (28) are provided on the heat exchange device (3). The air outlet (28) is connected with a first inlet in a mixer (4) by means of an air conveying pipe, a second inlet in the mixer (4) is connected with one end of a smoke guide-in pipe (5), and the other end of the smoke guide-in pipe (5) is connected with the smoke discharge pipe (27) or a hearth; the mixer (4) is connected with the combustor (2). Waste heat of smoke is fully used by a high-temperature low-oxygen combustion-supporting gas, and therefore, during a combustion-supporting process, the content of nitrogen oxides in the smoke caused by combustion can be effectively reduced.
