PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly melt aluminum machining dust as much as possible.;SOLUTION: The aluminum rapid melting furnace comprises: a vessel-shaped vortex chamber in which the upper part is opened, and the transverse section has a polygonal shape; and an aluminum molten metal carrying apparatus exhausting aluminum molten metal in the vortex chamber with electromagnetic force. The vortex chamber comprises a molten metal inflow port formed in the vicinity of the upper part in a certain side wall and allowing the inflow of the aluminum molten metal, and the aluminum molten metal carrying apparatus comprises: a cylindrical carrying path; at least a pair of electrodes provided in an exposed state at the insides of confronted side walls in the carrying path so as to be confronted each other in a state of being contacted with the aluminum molten metal; and permanent magnets lying at the outside of the carrying path and allowing the aluminum molten metal in the carrying path to permeate magnetic lines of force. The inner edge side of the cylindrical carrying path is passed through the certain side wall in the vortex chamber, and the inner edge of the carrying path is opened in the vicinity of the central part at the bottom wall of the vortex chamber, so as to be a molten metal exhaust port.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
