The present invention relates to: a transformant having increased carbonic anhydration activity, using Neisseria gonorrhoeae-derived carbonic anhydrase; and a preparation method therefor. When carbonic anhydrase is expressed on the surface of cells by the present invention, self-hydration activity is excellent and thermal stability is high, and thus the present invention is expected to be usable in efficient carbon dioxide fixation as an industrially useful total cell enzyme system.
