The proposed separator plate is characterized in that a minimum height of the rib top (23', 23'') in the lowered area (31', 31'') is less than or equal to a maximum height (22', 22'') of the structures (17', 17'') of the active area (16', 16'') for reducing a flow of the cooling medium in the interior of the rib space (24).
