The present invention relates to a composition for skin wrinkle improvement and anti-aging, the composition containing a Scutellaria baicalensis and Raphanus sativus L. mixture extract as an active ingredient. Specifically, the mixture extract having Scutellaria baicalensis and Raphanus sativus L. extracts mixed by a weight ratio of 3.5-4.5:6.5-5.5 inhibits cell damage due to ultraviolet ray irradiation, and notably inhibits the expression of MMP-1. The composition of the present invention may be used as a cosmetic material, a functional health food and a pharmaceutical composition, and especially has an excellent effect of improving skin wrinkles for a person of Tae-Eum type among the Sasang constitutional types classified in oriental medicine.
