INFORMATION PUSHING METHOD DURING CONTROL OF CIGARETTE CONSUMPTION, AND CIGARETTE CASE

An information pushing method during control of cigarette consumption, and a cigarette case. The method comprises: recording a threshold of the number of cigarettes to be picked out from a cigarette case per day; determining the number of cigarettes having been picked out from the cigarette case on that day; determining whether the number of cigarettes having been picked out from the cigarette case exceeds the threshold of the number of cigarettes to be picked out per day; if not, displaying the number of remaining available cigarettes on that day; and if yes, locking the cigarette case and pushing information to a user. By controlling the number of cigarettes to be picked out by a user per day, the information pushing method and cigarette case enable the user to gradually reduce the cigarette consumption day by day to gradually reduce tobacco craving, thereby achieving smoking cessation.
