The method comprises: calculating a brightness correction coefficient of each position on an LCD display panel using a brightness correction coefficient formula, thereby correcting brightness data, photographed by a camera, of the LDC display panel at different grey scales according to the calculated brightness correction coefficient, so as to obtain the corrected brightness data; then, obtaining Mura compensation data according to the corrected brightness data; and finally performing Mura compensation on the LCD display panel using the Mura compensation data. Therefore, an adverse effect on the Mura compensation effect caused by a photographing angle of the camera is prevented, and the product quality of the LCD display panel is improved.
