The present invention provides a device for manufacturing a multi-effect yarn, comprising one pair of back rollers, one pair of middle rollers and one pair of front rollers, wherein the back roller includes a base back-top roller, a base back-bottom roller, a different type of back-top roller and a different type of back-bottom roller, and the base back-top roller operates with the base back-bottom roller and the different type of back-top roller operates with the different type of back-bottom roller such that the base back-bottom roller and the different type of back-bottom roller rotate independently from each other, thereby processing a base roving and a different type of roving, respectively.
