The health management-based insurance actuarial method and system, by monitoring a user's physical sign information over the long term, utilizes a health-information cloud platform to conduct health assessment and health intervention for the user, assesses health risks of the user in a preset time period, and adjusts insurance factors in accordance with the health risk assessment results, thereby improving the accuracy of insurance actuarial results, such that insurance premium and coverage of the user may be periodically adjusted on the basis of the user's health data, thus rendering the structure of insurance products more sensible, and reducing the operational risks for an insurance company.
