Health insurance actuarial system and method based on fitness data, the method comprising: acquiring from an fitness information platform fitness data generated when a user wears a wearable fitness apparatus, the fitness data comprising the date; classifying the fitness data according to date; extracting fitness data corresponding to a date from the classified fitness data; when the heart rate data in the fitness data corresponding to the date all falls within a preset heart rate range, generating a fitness qualification marker; when all of the classified fitness data has been extracted, recording the number of markers to acquire a fitness qualification rate of the user, and on the basis of the fitness qualification rate and a preset health insurance actuarial algorithm, calculating the health insurance premium of the user. The health insurance premium is dynamically adjusted by means of the fitness data of the user, reducing the health insurance risk, and improving the profitability of the insurance company.
