Provided is an additive manufacturing material to be supplied to an additive manufacturing apparatus for constructing a specified three-dimensional model by scanning between multiple coordinate points continuously or discontinuously on the basis of input three-dimensional data and layering while curing the plastic modeling material on the scanning path, the additive manufacturing material comprising a stress luminescent material in a resin base, which is capable of changing between a plastic state and a cured state.
