REAL ESTATE PRICE ESTIMATION METHOD AND SYSTEM

A method and system for estimating a real estate price. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining an address of a real estate which is currently required to be evaluated (101); on the basis of the location, obtaining orientation and decoration of the real estate (102); and on the basis of the address, orientation and decoration, calculating the unit price of the real estate (103). The technical solution has the advantage of being able to evaluate the price.
