COVER MASS AND METHOD FOR INDUCING RAINFALL IN LOCAL AREAS

A method for inducing rainfall in local areas and a cover mass for implementing the method. An outer layer of the cover mass is used for covering a site where heat energy can be received; the edge portion of the outer layer of the cover mass is approximately maintained at the same height as the surface of the site, and the portion inside the edges can be pushed up, so as to form a space for accommodating air. The air in the cover mass receives heat energy, and circulation of the air inside and outside the cover mass is blocked by means of the outer layer to reduce transfer of the heat energy in the cover mass, thereby causing an inside and outside temperature difference. The portion inside the edges of the outer layer is pushed up using buoyancy force generated by the air, inside the cover mass, having a higher temperature than the air outside the cover mass, and therefore, a huge space is formed between the outer layer and the surface of the site to accommodate a huge amount of air; the heat energy continues to be received, and a huge amount of heat energy is accumulated in the air covered by the cover mass; the covered hot air is used for inducing rainfall in local areas.
