A complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) device for achieving global exposure, a terminal thereof and an exposure control method therefor, and a computer storage medium, wherein the CMOS device for achieving global exposure comprising: a CMOS image sensor, and a substrate below the CMOS image sensor. An electronic film is arranged between the CMOS image sensor and the substrate, such that light emitted by the CMOS image sensor is subject to light transmitting processing by the electronic film, and then the processed light is incident on the substrate, as such the amount of the light incident on the substrate can be changed with the light transmitting processing.
