Disclosed are a method and system for online teacher lecturing evaluation. The method comprises the following steps: receiving evaluation scores given by users with respect to a teacher; calculating the average score of the evaluation scores; and, when scores falling outside of a set range from the average score are filtered, recalculating the filtered average score as the evaluation score for the teacher. The technical solution provided in the present invention has the advantage of great user experience.
