According to the formation, the present invention is capable of enabling people, having ideas but struggling with crowd funding or financial funding, to collect funds by easily opening the ideas as the people are able to post technology or business ideas online for crowd funding. Moreover, as a user is able to easily search for ideas of other people online, the present invention is capable of supporting participation in a creative idea of other people to create investment profits.
