The present invention relates to a structured interview system and a structured interview method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the structured interview system and a structured interview method using the same are to recruit a desired talented person using interview inquiries structured. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the structured interview system includes: an applicant terminal; an interviewer terminal; and a recruit server performing a structured interview by being connected to the applicant terminal and the interviewer terminal via wire and wireless communications. The recruit server generates a recruit site for recruiting the talented person and uploads a job opening on the recruit site. The recruit server classifies application information on the job opening by a predetermined article by receiving the application information on the job opening from the applicant terminal.
