According to the present invention, provided is a vegetable waste disposer comprising: a hopper (110) which is disposed on one side of a body (100) so as to transfer a grinding target waste; a grinding cutter (130) in which a cutter shaft (131) is vertically installed to be rotated by a motor (140) inside a grinding container (120) so as to grind the grinding target waste fed from the hopper; and a ground material dehydration and compression unit (160) which dehydrates and compresses the ground material falling and collected from the grinding container; wherein the motor (140) configured to rotate the grinding cutter (130) is installed to be spaced apart from the grinding container (120) by a predetermined distance by using one or more support rods (150), a cutter shaft (131) of the grinding cutter (130) is rotatably installed through a bearing housing (133) only upper end of which is installed on an outside of a top surface of the grinding container (120), and the end of the bearing housing exposed to the outside is rotatably connected with a motor shaft (141), extending from the motor (140), via couplings (132)(142). Accordingly, provided are effects in which a rotation support structure of the grinding cutter can be simplified, the grinding cutter or motor can be rapidly and easily attached to and detected from the grinding container, and the motor can be prevented from being damaged due to moisture or vapor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
