The present invention relates to a technology which provides a fire alarm and, more specifically, to a technology which visually provides a fire alarm to a hearing-impaired person. According to the present invention, an automatic flickering circuit for an indoor lamp is included in a lamp switch located on a wall surface to easily notify a hearing-impaired person of fire occurrence by only simple operation.
