The present invention relates to a kit for extracting pathogenic microorganism nucleic acid, wherein the kit includes a PCR reactive composition; and to a method for extracting nucleic acid by using the same. A binding material specifically bound with nucleic acid is used, so even a non-expert can easily extract nucleic acid. At the same time, the kit can be easily used on the spot, and extracted nucleic acid is directly mixed with a PCR reactive composition. Accordingly, contamination is minimized. The kit according to the present invention is convenient, so even a non-expert can use. Thus, an extraction method can be standardized, and an extraction process is simple. Also, extracted nucleic acid is directly mixed with a PCR reactive composition, so a possibility of contamination is low.
