The present invention relates to a molding device which can be manufactured easily to be in accord with designs for a structure on an upper surface of a downward gradient, such as a floor plate of a bridge, without tilting the molding device itself, and a method for manufacturing a concrete structure using the same. The present invention provides a molding device which gradually covers an upper surface of a box-type deposit space by moving a cover member (1) in a shape in which an upper side of a longitudinal side member (101) is guided by a guide member (2), while manufacturing a concrete structure (300) by depositing concrete (C) into the box-type deposit space in an area where the cover member (1) is covered, and a method for manufacturing concrete structure using the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
