Disclosed is an experimental device for measuring cell metabolism. The experimental device for measuring cell metabolism comprises: an X-Y driving stage table; a microplate; a sensor board; a signal processing unit; and a control unit. The X-Y driving stage table can move along the horizontal and vertical directions. The microplate comprises a plurality of wells accommodating cells and having a sensor membrane for detecting dissolved oxygen and a sensor membrane for detecting the pH, and is mounted on the X-Y driving stage table. The sensor board is mounted on an upper portion of the X-Y driving stage table, and comprises: a pair of light emitting and receiving units for detecting the dissolved oxygen, which vertically corresponds to the sensor membrane for detecting the dissolved oxygen by the wells of the microplate mounted on the X-Y driving stage table; and a pair of light emitting and receiving units for detecting the pH, which vertically corresponds to the sensor membrane for detecting the pH by the wells of the microplate. The signal processing unit processes an output signal to the light emitting units and an input signal from the light receiving units. In addition, the control unit moves and controls the X-Y driving stage table and measures the dissolved oxygen and the pH for at least one well of the microplate based on a processing signal of the signal processing unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
