The present invention relates to a device and a method for predicting pharmacodynamic drug interactions through signal propagation interference on a protein interaction network. The method includes: a step of allowing a first calculating unit (100) to simulate signal propagation of drug A on the protein interaction network (S100); a step of allowing a second calculating unit (200) to simulate signal propagation of drug B on the protein interaction network (S200); a step of determining the interference degree of the drug A and the drug B for each protein in a state that the signal propagation is saturated (S300); and a step of calculating the pharmacodynamic drug interactions between drugs based on the interference degree of the drug A and the drug B (S500).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
