The present invention relates to a forced output restraining and monitoring device for a driving vehicle. More specifically, a module of on-board diagnostics (OBD) is manufactured and installed inside a vehicle to reduce emission of a nitrogen oxide (NOx) to minimize air pollution when the vehicle uses a mechanical and electronic diesel engine.
