The present invention relates to a method for inhibiting gene expression using a synthetic regulatory sRNA in a prokaryotic Clostridia . More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for inhibiting gene expression using an Hfq binding site derived from MicC sRNA, The present invention relates to a method for inserting an Escherichia coli-derived Hfq gene into a synthetic sRNA cassette plasmid containing a region that forms a complementary bond, and then introducing the Escherichia coli-derived Hfq gene into a clostridium microorganism to inhibit gene expression. Since the method of inhibiting the expression of Clostridium sp. Microorganism gene using the synthetic regulation sRNA according to the present invention can effectively suppress the target gene expression without a gene deletion process, the combination of various target genes in Clostridium sp. It is very useful for production of various organic acids as well as production of highly efficient ethanol and butanol production strains which can be used as alternative energy sources.
