The present invention provides an apparatus for processing one side surface of a fabric and a method of processing one-side surface of a fabric using the same. The apparatus for processing one side surface of a fabric includes a functional additional solution injection unit for injecting a functional additional solution onto a surface of a fabric; and an air injection unit provided at an opposite side to the fabric carrying on a top surface of the functional additional solution injection unit. According to the apparatus for processing one side surface of a fabric, the functional additional solution permeating into one side surface of the fabric may be minimized to diffuse into an opposite side surface of the fabric. Thus, the functional additional solution may be uniformly coated on the fabric such that a typical function of the fabric is maintained and exerted. In addition, opposite functions such as a flame-resistant function, a soil-resistant function and the like may be easily applied to an opposite side surface of the fabric, so that a high-value product having a complex function may be produced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
