Disclosed is a venturi tube with a spiral pattern which is formed to improve a moving speed of air, and an indoor air discharge device and an auxiliary propulsion device for a vehicle using the venturi tube. To this end, the present invention provides a venturi tube with a spiral pattern, which has a rear outlet having a cross sectional area narrower than that of a front inlet, and a spiral pattern is formed on an inner surface of the venturi tube such that gas passing through the venturi tube is rotated in the spiral direction. According to the present invention, the speed of the gas passing through the venturi tube is basically raised by a throttling portion formed on one side of a straight tube, and the gas, passing through the venturi tube by a spiral pattern formed, along a longitudinal direction, on the inner surface of the venturi tube, makes the speed of the gas increase further.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
