According to the present invention, disclosed is a method for authenticating a client. According to an embodiment, the method comprises the following steps of: issuing a public key in response to a request for the public key received from the client, and transmitting the public key to the client; receiving a private key from the client, mapping the public key and the private key into a key pair; receiving a request for creating an identifier including at least one or more pieces of intrinsic information of the client from the client; creating an identifier corresponding to the client in response to the request for creating the identifier, creating a security key by using the intrinsic information, and transmitting the identifier and the security key to the client; receiving an authentication request including the identifier and the security key from the client; and authenticating the client in response to the authentication request and transmitting an authentication result to the client.
