The present invention relates to a whitening and wrinkle-alleviating cosmetic material containing a red bean skin extract, wherein the cosmetic material contains a filtered, decompressed, concentrated, frozen, and dried red bean skin extract as an active ingredient with respect to an extract extracted by applying ethanol to dried red bean skin. The present invention also provides a method for producing a whitening and wrinkle-alleviating cosmetic material containing a red bean skin extract, wherein the method comprises: a soaking step of producing scratches on the surfaces of red beans, and dipping and soaking the red beans in water; a separating step of separating the grains and skin of the red beans; a drying step of collecting the separated red bean skin and drying the same by a dryer; an extracting step of extracting a red bean skin extract by applying and dipping the dried red bean skin in ethanol and by separating a suspension and a precipitate; a filtering step of filtering the red bean skin extract by a filtering means; a concentrating step of decompressing and concentrating a red bean skin extract by removing a solvent through a concentrator from the filtered red bean skin extract; and a freezing and drying step of drying the concentrated red bean skin extract by a freezing dryer. According to the present invention, a red bean skin extract is contained as an active ingredient, so whitening and wrinkle preventing and alleviating effects are excellent.
