PHASEOLUS ANGULARIS SHELL EXTRACT FOR SKIN WHITENING AND ANTI-WRINKLE EFFECT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention provides a cosmetic material for whitening and treating wrinkles, comprising a seed coat extract of Phaseolus radiatus L. as an active ingredient, wherein the seed coat extract is prepared through filtering, concentrating under reduced pressure, and freeze-drying a liquid extract obtained from treating dried seed coats of Phaseolus radiatus L. with ethanol. Additionally, the present invention provides a method of producing the cosmetic material for whitening and treating wrinkle, comprising a seed coat extract of Phaseolus radiatus L., wherein the method comprises: a soaking step in which Phaseolus radiatus L. beans are scarred on the surface thereof and soaked in water; a separation step in which the Phaseolus radiatus L. beans are separated into seeds and seed coats; a drying step in which the seed coats of Phaseolus radiatus L. are collected and dried by using a dryer; an extraction step in which the dried seed coats of Phaseolus radiatus L. are treated with ethanol and soaked to be separated into an overlying liquid and sedimented matters, and then a liquid extract of the seed coats of Phaseolus radiatus L. is extracted therefrom; a filtering step in which the liquid extract of Phaseolus radiatus L. seed coats is filtered by using a filtering means; a concentration step in which the solvent is removed from the filtered liquid extract by using a concentrator to be concentrated under reduced pressure so as to form a seed coat extract of Phaseolus radiatus L.; and a freeze-drying step in which the concentrated seed coat extract is dried by using a freeze-dryer. The seed coat extract of Phaseolus radiatus L. produced by the method of the present invention has excellent whitening effect and excellent effects of preventing and treating wrinkles.
