Provided is a control device which comprises: a first voltage providing part including a driving terminal, a first control part configured to provide a first voltage through the driving terminal, and a first NMOS; and a second voltage providing part including a second control part configured to provide a second voltage through the driving terminal, and a second NMOS. The control device includes a first protection part having a first voltage detection terminal and a first voltage following terminal. In order for the first NMOS to have off status when a lower potential than a reference potential of the control device is applied to the driving terminal, a potential of the first voltage following terminal follows a potential of the first voltage detection terminal in the first protection part.
