The communication part (140) performs communications with an integrated control center (300) on the ground to receive a control signal. The power part (150) supplies power to rotary wings (102) of the unmanned aerial vehicle (100) to control a flying operation of the unmanned aerial vehicle (100). The igniting part (160) ignites and explodes the explosive (105) mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle (100) when reaching a point at the exploded target coordinates. The MCU (110) performs a flight algorithm in accordance with the flight environment set through the set part (120) to control the flying operation of the unmanned aerial vehicle (100). The explosive mounted-unmanned aerial vehicle flies singly or in a group to explode a target point, thereby effectively attacking the target point without loss of personnel.
