Calculating of sleep efficiency and managing sleep time in use with a wearable device and mobile application

The present invention relates to a method for calculating sleep efficiency and managing sleep time using a wearable device and a mobile application. The method calculates average time of bed (TB), calculates average time of sleeping (TS), and calculates average efficiency of sleeping (ES) to determine whether there is sleep disorder and supplies suggested time of bed (TBp). The present invention enables accurate and timely treatment without coming in a hospital so that all of the information can be automatically recorded and managed by being combined with an EMR server to help the cognitive behavior of the insomnia patient.
