The present invention relates to a system for producing concentrated sewage water and reusable water from sewage water and a method using the system. Provided is the system for producing concentrated sewage water and reusable water from sewage water. The system comprises: a forward osmosis module which is connected to a front or rear end of a first deposition basin configured to perform first deposition treatment on water introduced through a sand basin of a sewage treatment plant, and which is divided into a feed solution moving section and an induction solution moving section by a forward osmosis membrane; a first supply pipe which is connected to a first end of the forward osmosis module, and through which a feed solution is supplied; a first discharging pipe through which the feed solution is discharged, and which is connected to a second end of the forward osmosis module; a second supply pipe which is connected to a third end of the forward osmosis module, and through which an induction solution is supplied; and a second discharging pipe through which the induction solution is discharged, and which is connected to a fourth end of the forward osmosis module.
