The method of treating concentrated water in a sewage or wastewater treatment plant, Reuse treatment process for obtaining reused water and first concentrated water by applying reverse osmosis to the first treated water obtained by treating raw water from a sewage treatment plant for discharge, and condensation for the first concentrated water obtained through the reuse treatment process. Deionization process of separating ions by applying desalination or reverse electrodialysis techniques to obtain second concentrated water and second treated water to be used as reused water, and organic matter contained in the second concentrated water obtained through the deionization process. It consists of a biological treatment step of decomposing and removing by microorganisms, and an activated carbon adsorption step of removing harmful substances present in the third treated water obtained through the biological treatment step by adsorption of activated carbon.
