The present invention relates to a pepper plant defense-related heat shock transcription factor gene, CaHsfB1 and to a transformation plant using the same. The pepper heat shock transcription factor, in a disease resistance reaction induced by virus depending on a temperature change, plays a role as a positive regulator of a defense reaction. Therefore, by manufacturing the transcription plant using the same, the present invention can contribute to increasing household incomes through a decrease of production costs, producing high-quality clean crops suitable for an environmentally-friendly era, and activation of various industries related to the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
