The present invention relates to a system for landfill gas treatment and heat energy utilization in an aerobic solid waste landfill, in which external air can be effectively supplied to a waste landfill layer by using an existing lower leachate drainage conduit, installed in a landfill, as a ventilation layer, thereby changing the waste landfill into an aerobic state and effectively recovering generated heat. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the system for landfill gas treatment and heat energy utilization in an aerobic solid waste landfill, the system comprising: a leachate drainage conduit which is installed through the lower portion of a waste landfill layer, where waste is varied, in a horizontal direction, and which collects and drains leachate of the waste landfill layer; a vertical gas removal conduit which is installed in the waste landfill layer in a vertical direction, and into which gas and heat generated in the waste landfill layer enter; at least one horizontal gas removal conduit which is connected to the vertical gas removal conduit, and which is installed in the upper side of the waste landfill layer in a horizontal direction; wherein the waste landfill layer is changed into an aerobic state by injecting external air via the leachate drainage conduit, gas and heat generated via aerobic reaction are allowed to enter into the horizontal gas removal conduit via the vertical gas removal conduit, and at least any one of a filter connected to the horizontal gas removal conduit and configured to remove malodor from the gas fed from the horizontal gas removal conduit and a regenerative incinerator connected to the horizontal gas removal conduit and configured to incinerate the gas fed from the horizontal gas removal conduit may be further included.
