The present invention relates to an aerobic heat energy recovery system in a waste landfill, where a leachate collecting and draining pipe is installed at a lower side of a waste burial layer to collect and drain leachate, including: vertical gas draining pipes installed at regular intervals in the waste burial layer; and at least one horizontal gas draining pipe installed at an upper side of the waste burial layer while connected with the vertical gas draining pipes. The present invention inputs external air via the leachate at low pressure to aerobically transform the waste burial layer and make gas and heat, generated from aerobic reaction, flow into the horizontal gas draining pipe via the vertical gas draining pipes.
