The present invention relates to a system for treating gas of an aerobic waste landfill and using heat energy capable of effectively supplying external air to a waste buried layer by using a lower leachate house drain installed in a conventional landfill as a ventilating layer; and effectively collecting heat generated by changing a waste landfill to the aerobic waste landfill. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for treating the gas of the aerobic waste landfill and using the heat energy comprising: a leachate house drain; a vertical gas exclusion pipe; and at least one horizontal gas exclusion pipe. The leachate house drain is installed in a horizontal direction on a lower side of the waste buried layer including buried waste; and collects/discharges leachate of the waste buried layer. The vertical gas exclusion pipe is installed in a vertical direction of the waste buried layer; and receives the gas and the heat generated in the waste buried layer. At least one horizontal gas exclusion pipe is connected to the vertical gas exclusion pipe; and is installed in the vertical direction on an upper side of the waste buried layer. The waste buried layer is changed to the aerobic waste landfill by inputting the external air through the leachate house drain. The gas and the heat generated in an aerobic response are moved to the horizontal gas exclusion pipe through the vertical gas exclusion pipe. The system for treating the gas of the aerobic waste landfill and using the heat energy further comprises: one of a filter and at least one regenerative incinerator. The filter is connected to the horizontal gas exclusion pipe; and removes bad smell of the gas supplied from the horizontal gas exclusion pipe. At least one regenerative incinerator is connected to the horizontal gas exclusion pipe; and incinerates the gas supplied from the horizontal gas exclusion pipe.
