According to the present invention, Pungsung, new variety of single-petaled Pulsatilla cernua is a new variety grown after hybridization through pollen pollination from camellia flower to traditional Pulsatilla cernua, has 4 to 12 flowers per one entity, has 4 to 8 petals in one flower, has characteristics of a single flower, and has soft violet petals. Clear and fancy soft violet petals are provided, and multiple petals are blossomed in one entity, so Pungsung provides plentiful and glamorous flowers of Pulsatilla cernua. Thus, high preference and satisfaction of customers and flowering farmers are satisfied due to the fancy color.
